Hawksnest – Classic Practice ground in the peak district between Buxton and Leek. This locations has some great rocks and the famous ‘hawks nest’ a long section of rocks that runs straight up the hill side. It also has a cracking stream that can be quite slimy and some other technical parts in the bottom. The owner of the land charges £5.00 per rider per day, this is very reasonable as there is loads to go at.

Dudwood Farm is a cracking little practice ground owned by Barry and Sally Burton. Again there are lots of rocks in a lovely little wood, also a nice stream with some great sections. Barry is a true ambassador for the sport and always happy to help.
